Who is shipping my food?
Our freshly prepared foods are manufactured and shipped by our partner, Lucchesi’s Fine Foods, from Memphis, TN
How do you ship refrigerated products?
All Lucchesi refrigerated products are shipped 2-Day Express, Monday–Wednesday only. Orders are packed with gel ice packs inside insulated boxes to ensure they stay cold up to 48 hours in transit.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 8am on Thursday will ship the following Monday to prevent weekend delays. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
How long will my Chicken Salad last?
Keep refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below. Best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery. Once opened, consume within 3–4 days. Do not freeze.
How long will my Pimento Cheese last?
Keep refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below. Best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery for optimal freshness and flavor. Do not freeze.
Can I freeze products?
Freezing is not recommended. It can cause separation or texture changes in mayonnaise- and cheese-based products.
How should I store my products after delivery?
Place immediately in the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Do not leave unrefrigerated for more than 1–2 hours.
What if my product arrives warm?
