A Note From Elizabeth

Hey friend! Thanks for being here. I wanted to pop in and share a bit of my story with you. In 2023, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and it changed everything. Suddenly, food wasn’t just my profession – it became part of my healing. Through treatment, I learned the importance of slowing down, finding joy in the everyday, and cherishing the moments that matter most.

That experience deepened my mission: to help others find comfort, laughter, and connection through food. Whether it’s dropping off a casserole for a friend or gathering your family around the table, I’ve learned that cooking really can feed the soul.

Ways to Work with Elizabeth

From elegant events to creative collaborations, everything Elizabeth does comes back to one thing: bringing people together through food and storytelling. Whether you’re planning a celebration, looking to partner on a campaign, or want to bring a little Southern joy to your audience, Elizabeth would love to find a way to work together.
